I belive I said fixed, which is the opposite of floorless. What I remember him saying is: they took the average price over 20 days between Dec and Jan and that's the price the investors paid. If you want to know for sure, call or email Ken at 801/816-9904 ken_bell@wordcruncher.com Can someone please tell me why so many people pay $125 to participate in SI, hundreds of dollars in commissions for trades, and many hours doing these tasks, yet CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO LIFT UP THE TELEPHONE AND CALL THE COMPANY TO GET THE INFORMATION THEY WANT! Sorry about the yelling, but I'm perplexed. I've spoken with Ken 4 times, other employees a few times, and always had my questions satisfactorily answered. I do this while I'm doing my job (business intelligence engineer) and it usually only takes a couple of minutes to achieve piece of mind (-:

Your wasting your time asking these people any serious questions about the company. They don't know and they don't care. I'm guessing the financing deal is floorless, but we may never know since they don't have to put it in writing to the SEC and they can tell the shareholders whatever they want. The CFO apparently doesn't want to talk about it since he won't return my calls. As far as # shares outstanding, I found one source that places it at 10 million shares. Anyone want to dispute that? I've read every post on this thread since last friday, and not one has any info (factual) regarding this company. No one seems to be able to point to any website or previous post containing company facts either.
