Well, it's nice to see the transcript. One thing that I noticed is that PCModem asked the question: PCModem there has been some very serious questions regarding "proof" of the RM between PRTW and PANAM (Nev) plus your web site says PanAm is a Nevada corp (it should say DE). Same questions about the acquisition of RMC. Will there be definitive statements regarding these matters soon? AND THE ANSWER FROM JOHN (through the moderator) WAS: <Moderator> PanAmerican was incorporated in Nevada and PRWT is a Delaware corporation. THEN LATER THE QUESTION WAS ASKED BY Bill: Bill will Pan Am be a Nevada or Delaware corp? AND THE ANSWER BILL RECEIVED WAS: <Moderator> RE: Nevada or Delaware corp: PanAmerican is a Delaware corp ..................................... Now it looks to me like the bottom line here is that Panam was incorporated in Nevada...but is a Deleware corp. IMO, that clears up that question! The only question I wanted answered that he didn't answer was the question about OTC stock trading via IT. When is it going to be available? -Joe
