Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Ok All! It was a Open House Corporate Meeting. Not a Share Holder's meeting. A share holders meeting would have required the The Corporation to contact all the shareholder's of record. So in order to address some of our concerns, They decided to do it this way. It was also a way to test this technology out before they market it. This is how it was explained to me.
