You want us to accept a company which relies upon consumer ignorance to maintain its success? It helps. However, the huge R and D will improve whatever inferior product gets introduced. EXample--IE is now much better than Navigator but it probably was not a couple of years ago. C'mon face it ---MSFT is a marketing machine. They will succeed with most of their products while competitors would succeed with only a handfull of theirs. I am not saying that it is right----it is just reality. For me reality determines my investment decisions.
