I can accept the fact that maybe there wasn't enough to go around. But the FACT remains that THEIR system was out to lunch for over five hours. Which I'm almost positive didn't help me get my order in in a timely manner. I responded IMMEDIATELY, only to find their system would NOT RESPOND. All I ask is a REAL explanation and what will they do to fix it so it doesn't happen again. I've got better things to do rather hit the submit button for hours on end. I'm sure most people on this thread have better things to do too.
