A1, Everything stated was the same as told to me today in my call with Mr. Porter. I have to add that the financials are about done and they are thinking about one more week at the auditors. Mr Porter stated that by this fall he wants to be on the full NASDQ... He stated that the "BB" is not where he wants the company to stay. If the company is looking for a full listing there will be some price increase in the stock yet not much to make the move over there. I gained from our conversation that he was pleased with the volume of sales to net that would take ALFN to the level for a listing. I have talked to many CEO, CFO, and Presidents in my day and Mr. Porter is by far one of the most honest ones in detail I have talked with. The web site will be fantastic as much time and planing has gone into it. I look forward to seeing this company become a great part of the Internet Generation of new top flight firms.
