How much leverage does Stein, a.k.a The Man Who Doesn't Give A Sh*t about shareholders, have against this bid? Isn't there a poison pill.

The one thing going for shareholders this time versus the Beyer debacle with LSI is that this is a public offer. I am not sure what the institutional ownership percent is, but now there sure is going to be a hue a cry for shareholder value no matter what happens.
