#1 So how many shares do you think are in the Nevada Corp? #2 How many are already owned by John Schmitz and his group of backers there? #3 And when they swap shares with PRWT, how many shares are then going to be outstanding? #4 How much dilution will the current PRWT shareholders experience when the swap is accomplished? How much dilution, if any, will John Schmitz and his friends experience? #5 Who has been dumping the shares into these little failed rallies? #6 Who had those 25M shares that entered the float recently? #7 Why are financials getting pushed out further and further? #8 Why was this Interactive Event so pitiful? Of course no one on the thread can answer these, with first hand knowledge. All we can do is speculate or call the company. If we speculate, it is a guess at best. If we take the companies word for it, well, then that is a risk, isn' it. They are good and reasonable questions though. I have a few of my own. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Now you said I should be looking out for my fellow man, and I had to think long and hard about that, but you are right. I have a lot more experience than a lot of these people, so perhaps I should voice my opinions more. Here is the problem I see, with this thread or any thread for that matter: ----------------------------------------------------------------- People are emotional. They base their decisions on emotion not logic. First they decide to take action, then back it up with logic. So when an individual decides to take a long position (long meaning not short, not the time frame) they bought the stock with the emotional hope that the stock will succeed then they look for logical reasons to back that hope up. Along comes the naysayers. They are basing their decision to post caution on emotion too, then they try to back it up with logic. But, the long, emotional as (s)he is can't deal with that because it is counter to his/her hope. So they look for logical reasons to explain the naysayer. "must be short. must be trying to bash it down to get in cheap. blah blah" --------------------------------------------------------------------- What's your reason for coming to this thread Jhild? I have no idea. I know you are not short, because only an idiot would short a 2 cent stock. People may not like you (based on emotion) but all would agree you are not stupid. I also don't think you are trying to drop the price. You are to conservative for OTC (not a fault or a jab, just an observation) You prefer to hold the Cisco and western Digital type stocks.what your reason for being here only you know I could speculate forever why. Maybe you lost in an otc to a lying tout or company a long time ago. Maybe a few friends lost their shirt. Maybe you just don't like the OTC forum. I really have no idea. I really don't need to know why, either. All I know is that in every OTC there are the roles. The Manipulative hypers The Manipulative Trashers The loyal following The position traders (ticks) The people who bought high, sold low, and are bitter. And the detective types (both sides) I go after the first two. I mock them, try to get them to admit what they are doing or at least point out to others what they are doing. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Bottom line with this OTC or any OTC, is that the Risk/reward level is high. that is the main reason many choose to buy them. Everyone can say they Love PANam until they are blue in the face but if the stock opened at $1 today, this thread would be empty. Everyone would sell immediately. Anyone who says otherwise should not drink this early in the day. It doesn't matter what you or I say. People will continue to buy them. They will continue to buy them until the government steps in and says they cannot. ------------------------------------------------------------------- The questions you asked are good. I encourage everyone to phone Panam and demand answers. I encourage everyone to read up on the stock market, so you can understand the questions Jhild is asking and why he is asking. I would also ask that you, Jhild, put aside your frustration with the thread participants who have insulted you, and since we are here to help our fellow man... Maybe you could ask questions in a little more civil way and maybe people could treat you with a little more respect too.You are no more sure that something Dishonest is going on at the company level, than I am sure that something Dishonest isn't
