I suggest you take your own advice. Your "predictions" on this thread have been wrong--over and over and over again. You have been so wrong so often, you've finally given up making predictions entirely!

Just because you speak process-lingo doesn't mean you KNOW or UNDERSTAND anything useful.

I appreciate you guidance. You have not given me the data that I have asked for you stated the optical thickness of the oxide layer but not the insulator thickness of the finished device. I believe the answer if 50A or more for the Intel process. Are stating that you believe that the optically measured oxide thickness is the total gate insulator thickness? I call on your expertise.
