First of all I have a year online longer than you do,

Second I am here all day trading, I believe I once clocked it and it comes out to just under 12 posts a day on average. Dedication, therefore, is key.

Third, why in God's Name would you wish to post often? Whenever someone reminds me of my post count I blissfully think of the wasted time and the pile of work on my desk.

I do not know what happened to lisa, I have not noticed any of her posts recently either, now that you mention it.

By the way, I vaguely recall that when Tom and I started posting here last summer I had roughly half as many posts then as I do now, and Tom's output tripled, I think.

Particularly in the beginning, we posted more often because Scott, he and I were the only regulars......the only ones left anyway. Sure there were people who posted once in awhile but Tom, Scott and I were working out daytrading strategies and the posts were fairly thick going back and forth.

It's not so necessary any longer. But I easily put up 3,000 posts in two or three months. That may be why Scott has so many as well.
