Once again this company does just the opposite of what is needed for shareholder value, missed quarters, poorly timed acquisitions, refusal to consider buy out offers. What a dog.

Become a very large shareholder. Then you get previews.

I can't help but think that the previous excursion to 12 was more related to today's news than to the SEC letter received by so many other firms.

I found a degree of defensiveness in Gill's statements, read before the real news.

Fore has no interest in "the big one" IMO, and is equipped to thwart almost any conceivable takeover (comments?)
