Sorry you have such thin skin and took that as a personal insult. No where do I say you lied. My inference was that what good does it do to call the TA when you cannot count on getting accurate information? I think you posted that you called the day before the "meeting" and was told 609Million outstanding shares. Then a day later, John admits that there's actually 820Million outstanding shares. After the confusion, Barb posts that additional shares had been issued but the TA didn't know about them yet. Hence the reason for the discrepancy. And there's a post on the bull that supports Barb's 'story' John told Laura to type 820 million!!! A: The additional shares have been authorized by the board but not yet issued by the Transfer Agent. ragingbull.com then the following day jdcpa reports that the outstanding share count is 634Million, and increase of 25Million shares and not the 211Million we were told the day before. And are there more to be "processed"? And now the story has added a new dimension to the confusion as some are saying that John misspoke and was really talking about PanAmerican (Nevada company) and not the PanAmerican/PRWT (Delaware company). I was not questioning your integrity, rather wondering what the real share count was. There is such confusion regarding this issue.
