So the market cap of this company at .15 is only $4.5 million. This seems ridiculous, considering the new products being marketed, potential, although it would help to see some improving revenue and profit figures.

Let me check with my hard copied notes... but the 3.5M shares in restriction from court order sounds a bit low.... I thought the number was 4.2-4.5M... I'll get back to the thread after I review my notes. As well as the other numbers that you provided. Thanks for the update... always good to keep a tally

For those who wonder why there were comments that the stock used to respond to any volume and to those who wondered about the price drop, below you will find some of your answers...... Thefly....Thanks for the update... let's compare these numbers to the numbers we had in October/November... there were 22Million outstanding..... Today...29Million this is an increase of approximately 7Million shares I was told by Calkins that he and his wife owned 12Million shares, now reported they own 12.5Million... little change (if any)..... was told that 4.2Million shares were locked up in litigation... a 504 misrepresentation (a PP??).... currently reported as 3.5Million.... somehow 700K shares were released from this restriction... was told that 2Million shares were owned by board members, free trading but volume restricted....currently reported as 1M shares.... so, 1M made their way to the float.... was told there was 2M in the public float 4-5months ago, today.. it's reported that there's 12Million... an increase of 10Million shares. with the additional shares outstanding and the few other discrepancies, these numbers add up (to within a Million shares). The Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Co I don't recall the name of the company but is this the same TA we had several months ago.... a Matt Troster...@ 732-872-2727?
