It looks like your 10:05 time hit it right on the button. Also, the mid-tine from the 2/1 high on the spoos was at 1230.80, 2 ticks below the low. Is that the way you read it?

I did not notice the gap yesterday in the Cash, I know the Gap in the Futures Closed.

The area will always be a magnet but it's true that not all gaps get filled.

However one would have to presume that "someday" that one would, unless the market has peaked for all time. Let's just say that not filling that gap on the same day was the exception and not the rule. Most people who trade Real Gaps would have played that to Close yesterday and it's old news at this point.
