If AT&T buys AOL, why not AT&T let AOL replace ATHM's position?
AOL is a better brand than ATHM. What ATHM has to provide that AOL absolutely can not? Nothing. I do see a duplication of functionality here. If that happens, ATHM will become less important in AT&T's eye. Also, AT&T will have ownership to AOL, but not to ATHM.

This is not a good news IMO.

Is your AOL/ATHM deal and subsequent ATHM rocketing stock price as likely as the UIHIA bump after the UPCOY IPO?

Just wondering. I did make a whole $450 on UIHIA because I sold before the IPO...
