Well, I think it is in large part why the SEC is now forcing this kind of disclosure. They want to cut down on the kind of abuses that can arise from deferred reporting. Things like this arrogance in not reporting won't be possible anywhere come the middle of next year. It should indeed improve public confidence in these penny markets. The issue is not investment and I think you know it. It is disclosure. And this company is stalling. And you know it.
