Mickey Mouse instead of Mighty Mouse, but it may apply to Hongkong.

Outlays of hundreds of millions for construction and the resulting tourism could be the stimulus to bring HK out of it's doldrums. Will give a boost to almost every sector except exporters.

A market surge that's justified?
