MSFT lawyer's statements---

I side with the lawyers---and I think in the end the judge will too. That is what judges do--give the appearance of being biased on one side and decide for the other. Win for MSFT even at this level!!

I still trying to figure out why Intel fell

As we know now, it was the Compaq downgrade. This is the kind of thing we need to know when it happens, as it affected the whole tech market, but we missed it.

That downgrade was a "no-brainer" after the Dell report, and the HP shortfall, and we all missed it. it was a great chance to pick up some change on CPQ.

The fact that Intel was surpassed in selling retail chips was also a shocker. The under $1000 market has kicked their butts.
