Critical juncture

The bad press comes at a crucial juncture for TCI, which is about to be acquired by AT&T (NYSE:T). @Home Network, of which TCI is the largest shareholder, is in the midst of acquiring popular Web portal Excite Inc. (Nasdaq:XCIT).

And users aren't only complaining about an aggressive-sounding subscriber agreement. Some say they are fed up with unreliable service, poor technical support and lack of communication with customers.

Industry experts say customer support, traditionally not a strong suit with cable operators………………….

This article is at least a month old.This is not meant as a criticism of you of course.It is an old newspaper trick.When the need to fill space occurs,go to the archives and put todays date on it.When people say "don't believe everything you read in the papers",they are partly correct when applied to this case.
