NH,

Should certainly be an interesting day tomorrow with this thing. I went over to the presentation at the Hilton and the room was pretty full. Apparently they added a session and the morning session had about a hundred people. The crowd was about 50% nerdy quants like you see leaving Market Technician Association meetings down at the New York Society of Security Analysts and about 25% hoodoos like the types who go the the Wall Street/ Corporate Forums in NYC for free coffee. They must of been bummed because there was only water to drink. The other 25% were normal looking (that would be me). It was 95% male .

Bill Cruz gave a well rehearsed presentation that was actually quite interesting. Seeing as how he went to the Julliard School in NYC on a violin scholarship and I have not heard of crim stock promoters with that type of resume and I assume shorts are looking at the valuation as the issue here. Bill Cruz seems to certainly have a passion for trading and considering that they are having a user conference in May and will have Ralph Acampora, John Bollinger, Jack Schwager, Larry Williams as keynote speakers it seems they have friends in all the right TA places. Major Gurus. I will take Ralph Bloch over Acampora any day though.

Maybe shorts should of looked at the float on this thing before they did started firing though. When this stock picked up more sponsorship around Feb 10th I figured they (sell side) are going to try to talk this stock up and then file a deal. With the major wall st. conference presentations they had scheduled (raja and robby stephens) and the huge cross-country roadshow to demo the new products it seems that those playing from the dark side won't win any awards for market timing. They could present at Rayjay tommorrow but i won't see a conference schedule until the morning.

Given that the dude (cristos) from E-Trade is on the board of directors and they are working with at least one online broker (wall st access-not sure where they stand with EGRP) with probably more to follow, not to mention the data providers they are inking deals with, I don't think we have heard the last of these type of announcements and I would not be surprised to see the software maybe bundled in with other stuff when you sign up with an online broker. This type of distribution could be powerful stuff especially if EGRP ever figures out how to keep their network up. Maybe they are already doing that (bundling) and I am not sure what they pricing scheme would be.

With the internet functionality/capability the new OMGA products offer it is not surprising this stock has been annointed a net play. With both the Multex and thestreet.com IPO's looming I will be interested to see what type of valuations they receive if the deals get done. I use both of those and luv'em.

I I were short I would be praying for a filing. They need to improve the float. I am guessing you might see one soon, but until then...

P.S. I was looking for the CFO as I left and apparently he left early to fly back to florida either for the Raymond James conference or just to go home. I wanted to ask him questions about revenue recognition and related topics, at least people can't bitch about them capitalizing software development (expensed as incurred). Apparently bad debt expense runs about 3-5% and they reserve accordingly but I have not really spent any time with the financials.
