riley guy , this can not be. i read your link & saw all this S8 stock transfered to alexis intl. (zapara) , i am afraid this cannot be. tonto posted on dctc thread the S8's are not exploited this way. a friend of tonto's was a promoter of aznt & he asked co. to file S8 to compensate him & the co. declined to accomodate him. you have documented what i tryed to tell this tonto, that S8's have historically been abused to compensate promoters. btw, zapara was sued at aznt for the stock he stold from the co. & the stock has been cancelled. tonto's basher friend janice shell posted the case was a "lie" & "never existed". i guess they were to busy promoting promoters, boiler rooms & shortsellers to check the court records. good link guy & keep up the good work. spider
