Larry, I cannot find anything either, except maybe 1.3 MM shares some of which may come onto the market in the next few months. However, I have an old adage, when TA and FA...., and I always try to follow it. It did keep me out of serious troubles more than it got me to lose opportunities. I would guess that the TA can be corrected within a week, but id that does not happen, I fear that the "Spring Relapse" is going to take the baby with the wash water down the drain. The SOX has already given a "Sell" signal. Zeev
