Bruce,

The "supersonic help" part is my wishful thinking. The 10-15 groups of shareholders came from CBS Market Watch I think, but I can't retrace my steps to find it again. Details about ORB revising earnings and insider trading resulting in the lawsuits available here at SI on ORB board.
