Robert, I agree with your view 100%.

My vision is this:

The day a $599 package includes (1) 19" monitor, (2) a tower box with
400 MHZ, 126 K modem or cable modem, DVD, scanner, printer, speaker phone, voice mail, answering machine plus all multimedia gears
and capable of watching TV program from the monitor and/or
a viedo camera at the top of the monitor to enble people to
make live phone call with view is the
day the INTERNET industry can be considered matured, and the internet industry will then act like a utility industry, people will not pay much attention anymore.

But I don't think that day is near yet, $599 is a magic number, it can
bring mass audience.

Before that day, AOL and internet industry has bright future ahead,
AOL and internet will be used by more people and by more industries
as the future strokes in.

I heard news yesterday, it says some refrigrators now equipt with
an order screen on the door, one might make order and send to supermarket from your kitchen directly!

AOL must team up with cable industry, satellite industry, telecommunication industry, media industry, (auto industry), (kitchenware industry) to achieve the solgan: AOL Everywhere .

You see, it is a long way to go for AOL and it is a long way to go
for the internet industry, so we are still in the infancy period
of the internet era.

Owning AOL stock is the gateway to the future for years to come, espically when Steve Case said he thinks AOL can become the largest market capital company ever! That means, there are many more splits ahead...

Wish you and I and all AOL longs may one day sit under the sunny beach surrounded by white sand, blue sky, blue water and music, sipping
pina-colada(?), breezing by mild wind and celebrating the early retirement age together...

Robert, we need your cheering desperately!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a bit new in here Robert. I agree that AOL is one of the top 5 stocks out there. I own 9 stocks total and remain bullish on 8 (probably will dump CPQ) Wondering what other stocks interest you, if any. I also like HD, PFE, TLAB, CSCO, DELL, EMC, and WCOM.

Of those, I am most bullish on CSCO, WCOM, EMC, and AOL. I am also buy and hold til the stock falls out of favor. I see a GREAT future for AOL.
