Did I read their email wrong? I didn't see anywhere they said anything about a 100% return of my money. What I see is that finally, after well over a month, waiting weeks at a time for a response from them, that they are in the process of getting me a number to use in order to return the product......they have not issued that number, but it supposed to be "on the come" so to speak.

No, I am not looking at a body to bitch to, the object of disucssion here is how the level of customer service has fallen from previous levels.
