Re: "coolness" as applied to prescriptions, On NPR one night they were talking about PlanetRx which is another one of these. Apparently there is a physician online 24hrs, and you can converse in a chat setting or via email. If I remember correctly this implies you have a sort of "medical history" as far as your questions and replies are concerned, maintained onsite with PlanetRx. So, they've got you.

Thanks for the long answer to my question. I cannot imagine any perception of
"coolness" to apply to prescriptions, but maybe they'll find a way. More likely they'll
find a way to lose $300M instead of $200M per year.

There will be nothing cool about prescriptions. People do not like to talk about the medications they take. This wil flop worse than everything else and in a very big way.
