If you have 1 share of LU, it means you will now have 2 shares. 1 share at $100...2 shares at $50. 10,000 shares means you will have 20,000. 10,000 shares at $100...now 20,000 shares at $50.

No minimum shares required.

Please note there has been no change in your overall value of your investment...just more shares at a lower price.

Regards,

JM2C

Leslie...

To the above explanation of the previous post... you should also consider that if LU pre-split price was $100.

The post split price will now be $50. (on a 2 x 1 split)

Therefore, your value remains the same, i.e.:

10,000 shares @ $100.- = $1'000,000.- Pre-split.

Post split:

20,000 shares @ $ 50.- = $1'000,000.-

If you already knew that, then never mind... just completing the explanation.
