To all, What do you think of this guys comment? Several posts back - I pointed out that LGOV's engineer is/has developed the Master Plan for building out China's new telephony/telecommunications systems. This puts LGOV in the catbird's seat regarding all of the negotiations, bidding and contracting of these systems. If anyone (Bell, Lucent, Hughes, etc.) wants to play - they're going to have to follow the Master Plan. If they want to suggest alternatives, it will all have to be run back through the engineer that developed the plan. If he says thumbs-up or -down, that'll be the path. What a kick - to be right in the bloody middle - of the biggest telecommunications system expansion on the face of the planet..!! Message 8069587 Just wondering, Phil
