I have been wondering why the tax rate changed so much.
Thanks for the insight.

I think that CPQ cash flow situation is worse again by 1.8 B due to channel stuffing. They have to pay for all that inventory and those costs were incurred in the 4 th quarter.

I re did a proforma income statement for CPQ based on actual sales and prorated product costs and it looks like they went underwater on their product earnings but got bailed by their service earning. I came up with 12.7 cents per share.

Would like your take this type proforma restatement.
