seems that there's another who agrees with your assessment of the virtual open house.... The Virtual Open house was a Joke. They made idiots out of themselves after all the publicity and volume. First of all, who in their right mind would post a web address 1\2 hour before show time or schedule an event that would only last 1\2 hour in the first place? Nobody could log on until after 2PM, the proper site address wasn't on the Pan American Bancorp site, and it turned out to be a chat room format when I was expecting a professional Video Conference and be able to see management from different locations. We don't know if any of management was really there. The few questions answered were by "moderator". Questions were screened from viewers. The chat format was very very poor. How can they be Web Specialists? The information I gained was all bad news. They said 820,000,000 Outstanding Shares and No Mention of the total Authorized Shares. We have no idea how big the float can be. The "moderator" also made the statement, Ask Coca Cola what they would do with a billion shares. Was he insinuating that there are a billion Shares Authorized? The other thing that caught my attention was first they said Pan American Bancorp is a Nevada Corporation and PRWT is a Delaware Corporation but later on they said that Pan American Bancorp is a Delaware Corporation.
