Hoping for a drop to 13 1/2. If they reject the deal. This offer at least brought the institutions back into this stock.Some will stay and some will leave if they reject. Fact is Phillips sees the value in us. And now the street believes it to. Lots of things happening this month in wireless. I wonder how much market share VLSI has been picking up ? Only Stien knows..Phillips probably knows to.

I doubt that anyone who plays the arb game is a fool. He may get a little nervous for losing a little more than the easy money portion.
