VLSI is in play. I have watched this stock for year or two, traded it several times, usually sucessfully. bot shares friday at 15 3/16. Re minds me of AMP when ALD made the first offer for it, then stock ran up, company resisted, sold out to white knight TYCO. larry

I am afraid the institutions are already in this stock big time since last Friday. It can not be the retail investors who bought 15 million shares in one day, 33% of the total shares outstanding. The price will be bid higher from this point !!!!!Will the institutions bid down this stock while their entering price was over $15 ?
