Not uncommon for a business that's totally changing direction and in effect in a totally new startup situation. It's sad that no amount of marketing could have done anything more than what they've done over the past few years but now that the corporates are starting to accept the fact that we're not going to see any widespread viable alternatives for the last mile anytime soon they're starting to pay attention to the concept of V+D over POTS. Granted - this technology isn't the solution for everyone but it sure fits into a lot of places. An IBM Field Service Rep was out the other day and I was very surprised to see an interesting floppy disc at the front of her caddy which will remain unnamed since it even had the business name on it. Not hype, just the truth and I love it.
