Same PR, but they screwed up and said the time was 8:30 the first time. Musta realized they don't want to bounce up against the market open, so they gave themselves an extra half hour.

Here's what it isn't. It isn't a pre-announcement. You don't need a cc to say that revenues are gonna be light. It isn't a merger. Common merger practice is you leak it to the Journal over the weekend so that they can front it on Monday morn.

So what you're left with is material information that isn't time-sensitive. Must be DLT spin-off...
