Same PR, but they screwed up and said the time was 8:30 the first time. Very funny. Here's what it isn't. It isn't a pre-announcement. You don't need a cc to say that revenues are gonna be light. It isn't a merger. Common merger practice is you leak it to the Journal over the weekend so that they can front it on Monday morn. So what you're left with is material information that isn't time-sensitive. Must be DLT spin-off...
