MAX:

I understand why you are gun shy and no one should invest the mortgage on any stock, but Comparing two stocks like MLRE and MRPS just is like comparing apples to oranges. The only similarity is that they are both BB stocks. MLRE was hyped due to an internet craze. MRPS is a company that has a product that will help many businesses. Is it a sure thing. No? No stock is. If it was sure thing the stock wouldn't be trading at 1, it would be at 10 or 20 already. But if they can capitalize with this product and right now it looks very promising then it will get there eventually based on fundamentals not hype. The only hype in this stock right now is that it is a real company with a real product that COULD make a ton of money. It's not an internet company that has fallen into the internet craze where the price goes crazy and then falls right back because the company has no fundamentals. This company will go up because of fundamentals and sales of their product.
I can think of so many applications for their device myself. I am an engineer and deal a lot with electrical equipment, rotating machines etc. Their device IMHO will be used by many industries.
I think this stock is the real thing and will be moving higher pretty fast. I own 10,000 shares and will try to get more but as you said I wouldn't go into debt to do it. This stock could make you very rich if things fall into place. It's also possible the company can't capitalize on this product and the stock never makes it. High risk but a very high reward on this one.
That said, SEE you when the stock hits 20.

Max,

Schwab has done exactly the same thing to me. Being anxious to get into a stock (based on pure hype), I put in a market order to buy just before the market opened. Schwab didn't fill my order for about 35-40 minutes and all I could do was just wait it out. I'm still the "proud" owner of at least 2 stocks that that has happened to. Fortunately, I didn't put too much money into them but I still own them --- the price of the commission is more than the worth of these stocks! But it was a good lesson for me. I don't buy at the open anymore. I want to get into MRPS but am also still leery about it. But some of the people on this thread have had good track records and I believe they're very sincere about this stock.

I just wonder if Schwab is the only brokerage firm that takes that long to fill a market order??

Nancy

Hi re:MAX

I went to PCQUOTES.COM, and all it said was coming soon. Did you mean something else?
