well, I knew I was not mentioned.. however, I find it quite interesting that you address the issue of who you called an idiot rather than clarify your mathematical blunder, which was the basis of MY post. So, who do you think appears to be paranoid?

They said RE: REverse split none planned at this time.

and how is it that you interpret this? With approx billion shares authorized why do you think PRWT will not pull a RS??? Or are you happy with what was termed a "redistribution of shares"? A convenient and technical way of getting around calling a spade a spade, eh?
