Hi Larry, I don't know what the extent of their option strategy is and whether it would extend as deeply as a 50% swing. I guess this sort of extrapolation should probably be asked of ProFunds as I don't have a clue.

Yes, guaranteed margin calls could add some stress to our lives!

It's sort of "How far under water does a ship have to be before we consider it sunken!!"

Hi Larry,
My response to you would be is that is the risk of investing. I don't think that your scenario is very likely and that is why I too have an AIM program with UOPIX. If there was such a thing as a risk free investment that made lots of money. We wouldn't have to worry about AIM or anything else.
