The company should of never made the mar. 1 announcement. On the other hand after they realized that it wouldn't be able to deliver accurate numbers until the 31st which is still the allowable time frame of 90 days for annual-I think it was better to say something-then to have folks saying that earnings report is late and no news from company-and folks getting all worked up. The stock closed at a all time closing high-intra-day is around 8 3/4. JP

If we do see the 5's again before the 31st, that will be a great buying opportunity. The only reason I can see about a delay is the new CFO and the various aquisitions they recently made. The company is growing quickly and merging in all the numbers is taking longer than they originally estimated. On another note, I bought 10000 shares of MRPS last week at .625 after lots of DD and it closed at 1.05. I figure if you are smart enough to own CAGI, then check out this company. The best info is on the SI board. Check message 389 for an excellent description of the company. Between CAGI and MRPS, this is going to be a hell of a year. Don
