Bully, I agree. Lawsuits are a drain of resources and time. My post was simply a response to your previous post "how many have they won"? Just a reminder that it is not illegal to hype so long as you are not being paid for it. However, you always open yourself up to a suit if you intentionally share negative untruthful information about a company (or person for that matter). The company is working on becoming a reporting company. First MDIN and then NPEC. After they do become a reporting company, what are you going to complain about then? Ken
