Cosmo Daisey, I agree with you and understood from your posts you were trading the range. There are many ways to skin a cat and I have never considered myself much of a short term trader. I try to pick pennies that I see as having the potential to make it to the bigger boards and much higher prices. If everything doesn't line up I just pass. I know what I am looking for for my style of investing which may or may not be helpful to a shorter term trader such as yourself. I am good at digging and finding information and have accumulated much interesting information on this company. They are talking about opening a facility in my backyard. I don't have any agendas with my posts other than trying to be objective and being seen as such by others on SI. I have made some great contacts for this very reason. When I get a little more comfortable with all this I will be glad to share what I know. Best wishes on your trades!

Hi Cosmo Daisey, I would like to see any true facts of lately [1998-99] that can backup the statement that the Davis Family has been financing the company and themselves by the sale of stock. I find no proof of any sale by them of EPEA Stock in years. EPEA Believer*Richard

Cosmo Daisey, I've read your statements several times now that E-Prime is selling off stock. With all due respect, that just simply isn't true. If you look at the insider transactions, you will fine they haven't sold stock for years now. Please stop giving misinformation. Thank you. -Flier

I'm glad to see an annual report. I don't believe it came as a surprise to anyone, roughly 700,000,000 shares issued and outstanding with insiders holding a large percentage. Authorized 900,000,000. You could tell there were a lot of shares outstanding by just looking at the daily volume. It is good that all these OTC BB companies have to report. This company has tremendous potential and I hope they will get their FAA approval shortly. Anyone heard anything?
