In regard to the Form 15-12G, I don't think this is the form for an extension for filing late. They have until 3/31 to file year end results. (45 days after each quarter and 90 days for year-end) I don't know what this means but will try to find out. My question is how does the VLSI purchase by Philips enter into the question. Company was rumored to have orders with VLSI both domestically and over in Korea. Any thoughts???? Still longer than I should be!!!

Hi P F, I'm out here just looking at all the peoples concerns about Submicron filing there report late,one thing I can say is that in all my years of knowing about them they have never filed late intentionally.Lets get one thing straight about this matter,the people here have to realize that Submicron wants to make sure all the numbers are right and that they have an explanation for everything thing that is going to be in the report.So take into consideration that Submicron is doing everything it can to get things back to where they are going to turn a profit every quarter.I know David Ferran personally and he is a man of vision and doesn't like to lose at anything,so you can bet that he doesn't want his reputation and character ruined.So rest assured you can bet your last bottom dollar that things will be booming "Big Time" in the "Real" near future.So don't give up,I'm sure not,because the people there are "The Best" there are in this business and they all want to take this company back to Fortune 500 status again.
