Doug If I was MJ. I wouldn't do anything with those share. I would screw Curton like he did MJ. Issuing all those share and delaying all the audit numbers a half a year ago. Let Curton find his own shell, to get back in the market. Just my thoughts Paul P.S. Anyone who bought this stock, to get the shares of Union Group, is on drugs or should have his head checked!

to all the resposebility for the UG shares is in the hands of Curton and the Union Groop and then after they have completed all the documents the Transfare Agent will distribute them. The last info i got Curton has finaly singed the documents and the stockcertificates are on the way to the transfare agent. again i and Cabec did all we neded to do and this month ago. it is out of my controll. can you all belive me that i am tired of this delays like you are. thanks m.john
