PWCC has held relatively steady since Flashnet filed its amended S-1 and gave its first thoughts on the pricing of the deal. PWCC may move up a bit in anticipation of the Flashnet IPO but the stock appears, IMHO, to be overpriced at current levels. Like MALL and DBCC, PWCC will probably fall like a brick on the actual date of the offering.
