According to Intel's press release it was .25u.

If memory serves me, with Intel's previous "Technology Demonstrations" the next process generation achieves the speed of the demonstration, following by about a year. Both AMD and Intel have stated they will ship 1 Ghz processors sometime next year. Intel has demonstrated Silicon running above that speed. AMD has never shown anything publicly running at half that speed. Who do you believe?
