Foxbat: Great catch......."Plaintiffs in the securities lawsuit alleged that defendants ... Austost Anstalt Schaan,...UFH Endowment Ltd.,..." Per Dick Lee's records: "UFH Endowment, 967,330;, 12/1/97 Autostat, Anstal and Schan, 936,330; 12/1/97. Autostat, Anstal and Schan, 762,196; 10/16/97 (?) the year is not clear. UFH Endowment, 762,195; 10/16/97 (?) the year is not clear." There may be a relation covering 3,428,051 shares. Unfortunately, the presence or impact of any improper association, if one exists, will be up to the SEC or some State Attorney General, as the current focus must remain on righting the sinking ship.
