You will see a bunch of Republican governors (as well as Demos) continue to lobby hard for internet taxes which would offset lost state sales tax revenues. I don't see any real differences. As each day passes it will get politically more difficult. But Repubs are noted for voting for issues that 95% of the voting public opposes. The Demos are much more practical and will skin the cat in a different manner.
