T2k,

I told you so. A settlement is now under cook, and serious negotiation will start during the one month break, first hand information.
This case will go no where. The government have proved nothing so far, and the case will drag on and on to no where. The DOJ knew that , so did Microsoft. The only way for the government to get out of this is to negotiate a settlement at this junction ,
without losing face.
