Hi Tom

I have been out of town for a few days so please excuse the late reply. Here is the answer I got from Profunds:

"In the example you gave, a single day drop in the index of 60%, our fund would drop 100% in value, not 120%. The fund can't go below zero in value."

I do not know how they work it but that is what they said.
