Folks, I sold all I bought last week at $16 today. Al is not going to accept the $17 offer IMHO. They turned down more from LSI last year. I am sure AL wants in the $30 range and I doubt if Phillips will do that. Good luck everybody. Regards, Kash

Hi Linda, Including the sale of another 4% of my position this AM at $16-7/16, I've now sold off 14% of my peak holdings of a week ago. Next sale will occur at $17 even. I've now "repaid" more than half of the cash I'd stolen from my other stocks' cash reserves to keep buying last fall. My best purchase price was 2000 shares at $7-9/16 on 9/14/98. Since it opened strongly this AM I don't know what to think. I just hope we all come out with smiles on our respective faces. Another $2-7/8 and my account will reach its all time high value. That would please me to go out at that level! Best regards, Tom
