Pat

just looked at the SPX & OEX...

SPX right on support...next box down a no-no...same for the OEX only it's worse..610 is a sell signal on a print basis, with the entire index looking like a bearish triangle...not a very good picture to me...

Do you get the other indicator ? I think some of them, OnBalanceVol diffinatly depends on a vol number.

The moveing averages are just price dependant, I think, correct me if I'm wrong.
So that is some of what I've been watching.

Hal

If you use PC Quote, perhaps you should try the "open interest" instead of straight volume...it might work. I get BMI datafeed for my TradeStation and I find that the volume is up to date and very accurate.

I switched to trading eminis from the big S&P about a week to test out Lind Waldock's Online Direct service and also to practice my skills at riding a trend a little longer. They seem to be fine to trade. No different than the big S&Ps.
